What is an ACT in Valorant and how it works

An ACT in Valorant is each division of an episode. Every episode has 3 ACTs, and each ACT lasts about 8 weeks with its own Battle Pass, map rotation and balance changes.

How it works

  • Episode → ACT: each episode is divided into 3 acts.
  • Duration: ~8 weeks per ACT.
  • Battle Pass: each ACT brings its own pass with skins and accessories.
  • Maps: the competitive rotation changes with each ACT.
  • Balance: agent and weapon patches with each act.

The current ACT

ACT V runs from August 19 to October 14, 2026, and ACT VI starts on the same October 14: ACT V end date.
